Privacy & Cookies Policy

This policy explains what personal data My Photo Club collects when you visit this website or join the waitlist, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We keep it short and collect only what we need.

2. What data we collect and why

When the club opens and you become a paying member, we will process further data (for example payment and account details) to provide the membership. That will be described in the membership terms you see before paying.
3. Who processes your data for us
We use trusted service providers who process data only on our instructions:
- SmartEmailing s.r.o. (Czech Republic): waitlist and emails
- Google Ireland Ltd.: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (only with your consent)
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.: Meta Pixel for measuring Facebook and Instagram ads (only with your consent)
- Webkitty (Czech Republic): website hosting and domain
Google and Meta may transfer data to the United States. Such transfers are covered by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We never sell your data.
4. How long we keep it
- Waitlist data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, and at most 2 years after your last interaction with our emails.
- Records proving your consent: for up to 3 years after it ends, in case we need to demonstrate it.
- Analytics data: 14 months in Google Analytics.

5. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use analytics and advertising cookies only after you click “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings.

6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your personal data and get a copy of it,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data deleted,
- restrict processing or object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- data portability,
- withdraw your consent at any time (unsubscribe link in every email, or Cookie settings), without affecting processing that happened before.
To use any of these rights, email us at info@myphotoclub.art. We will reply within one month.
You can also file a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz, or with the data protection authority in the EU country where you live.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when the club opens. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
